I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 14 days production time before your item ships. average shipping times is 2 1/2 weeks.If you would like the item before our standard time you can message us before you place your order and we will let you know what we have available. There will be an additional price for rush fee starting at $40 and up. For the digital option it will take at least 4 Business days for you to receive the design via email.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED.


Can my item be returned?
What if there is an issue? Unfortunately because these items are personalized and custom made for each client, there are no refunds. But if the product is defective or damaged.you can contact us for a resolution.


Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after placing the order to request cancellation.


What is the digital option of your items?
THE DIGITAL OPTION MEANS I CREATE A DESIGN FOR YOU AND SEND IT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOU TO PRINT AND ASSEMBLE YOURSELF. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU. DIGITAL ITEMS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 4 -14 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU WANT. FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME AND READ THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU ORDER


How long does shipping take?
Shipping time does vary depending on the shipping method chosen. First class mail takes about 7 days. Other shipping methods can arrive quicker. But keep in mind regardless of the shipping method it will take 14 days to process your order first before the item even ships, unless you requested the rush method and with that will come an additional fee. Starting $40 and up.
